1. Final Sale Policy

All sales made through www.ornicehomedecor.com (or our Shopify storefront) are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse" once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide monetary refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

3. Damages and Issues (Inspection)

Please inspect your order upon reception. We only offer replacements or store credit in the following specific cases:

  • The item arrived physically damaged during transit.

  • The item is defective.

  • The wrong item was received.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us at ornicehomedecor@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with the following:

  2. Clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and the original packaging.

4. Replacements & Store Credit

If your claim for a damaged or incorrect item is approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

  • If the item is out of stock, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal value or provide store credit for a future purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Since we do not accept standard returns, customers are not required to mail items back unless specifically requested by our support team. If a return is requested for inspection, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
